1 common faults

Pneumatic double pulse is divided into two types, damping and ventilation but their basic principle, is through the air throttle to delay the change of air pressure, to adjust the action of the pulse frequency. In many years of actual use, the common fault basically has the following two categories:

1.1 pulsator no pulse

Mainly for valve to stop reciprocating motion, no pulsation pressure output. (1) this kind of failure is common in the cold winter in the north. Especially in winter in heilongjiang province, using the environment temperature in Celsius below zero, especially before use in Celsius below zero, due to the environmental temperature is too low, the slider has been frozen on the slide, so when using pulse. 1.2 pulse frequency is not normal

All sorts of milking machine factory in the operating instructions are clearly stipulated the pulsator pulse frequency range. Keep the pulsation frequency within the prescribed scope, it is the necessary condition to guarantee the normal work of the milking machine. (1) improper throttle adjustment is gas damping type pulsation frequency for change. Throttling Kong Tong size too big to pulse frequency too fast; Sizes too young cause slow pulse frequency, as long as the appropriate adjustment throttle screw, it can be within the range of pulse frequency adjustment requirements; (2) for ventilation type pulsator, generally do not set screw, the size of the orifice is fixed. Fall, vacuum degree, the frequency of the gas damping type pulsator slower, but the frequency of the ventilation type pulsator relatively faster. On the contrary, when the vacuum up gas damping type pulse frequency will be faster, slower and ventilation type of pulsating frequency. Therefore, when adjusting the frequency of the pulsator, must be in normal work under vacuum, otherwise the result of the adjustment will happen deviation; (5) with a socket pulsator if socket is not in place, can cause a small amount of air leakage, and the pulsation frequency. If the gas leak is serious, not fluctuating phenomenon will appear.

2 correct use and maintenance

To keep the good working state of the pulsator is to guarantee the normal work of the milking machine, prolong the service life of the important conditions. Therefore, pulsator correct use and maintenance is necessary. (1) keep the pulsator clean, avoid in the dust of the environment. Because dust will increase pulsator slider wear, also can make the ventilation type pulsator orifice clogging. Various types of pulsator have air filters, should be regular cleaning; (2) don't below zero centigrade under the condition of low temperature storage of milking machine. After milking, should remove pulsator, put it in a warm, dry place. Pulse apparatus under the condition of low temperature storage, not only easy freeze produce no pulsation of fault, and the rubber membrane and plastic parts is easy to damage; (3) not put pulsator on the sun exposure. The sun insolates pulsator, make the rubber parts and plastic parts easily aging, deformation, shorten service life. (4) in general, pneumatic double pulse, only need to clean up the air filter, don't need to often open cleaning. Ventilation type pulsator do not soak in the water cleaning, gas damping type pulsator although the water will not cause the orifice and ventilation chamber into the water, but may cause a vacuum line into the water, which affect the normal operation milking machine.
